Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Options

We offer free domestic shipping across India for all storefront orders. Once order packaging is finalized at our design studio, orders are dispatched using verified air logistics partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC).

• Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery timeline: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch date.
• Tracking details: Generated and sent immediately upon courier pickup.

2. 7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with the fit and feel of your Aarnika garments. If you need a different size or wish to return an item, you can submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, simply go to our Track Order page, query your Order Number, and click the Request Return action button.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure that returns are verified successfully by our studio staff:

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original tags and design labels must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in their original design packaging.

4. Refund & Closures

Once your return shipment arrives back at our studio and passes quality check inspection (typically 24-48 hours), our accounts team will initiate your refund. For online payments (Razorpay), refunds are credited back via the original payment source within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will coordinate bank/UPI details directly on WhatsApp chat.
